About Us

Welcome to Windows of Hope Services! We are a different kind of company. We highly value every one of our staff and every client. We know every client has different desires and needs, and we are here to make it a great experience every step of the way. We have hundreds of online reviews from very happy customers and rarely get rated less than perfect. Our goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience every time. Above all, we care!

Our History & Purpose

Established in 2011, WOHS was birthed out of a desire to help people enjoy more time with their loved ones, and to bring hope and transformation to the poorest of the poor.  We know that American families are very busy, and we wanted to help with that.  We also realize that we as Americans are some of the most privileged people to ever walk the earth.  Did you know that if your household income is more than $32,400 annually, you earn more than 99% of people in the world and more than 99.9% if it's more than $79,000?*

The owner of WOHS has lived among the poorest of the poor for extended periods of time, and has seen the suffering first hand. Many people are born into suffering at no fault of their own. So he decided to give 10% of all the profits to help the poorest of the poor in Africa and Asia with the goal of transforming lives for good.

We donate to several different charities, and he also makes trips himself.  He and his teams have helped unite more than 60 street kids with families, helped good people start small businesses, turned dirty river water into clean water for a clinic, and continue to help empower the poor in various ways.  We are also careful to make sure our aid does not harm more than it helps in the long run.

Our mission is to provide the most outstanding service experience possible, and to transform lives.
We work hard to exceed customer expections. We also want to make a positive difference in the lives of our employees and those who are suffering the most in the world.

Our Values:
Quality: We deliver world-class service and exceed customers' expectations.
Integrity: We do the right thing even when no one is watching.
Reputation: We prioritize customers' and employees' happiness over bottom-line business as usual.
Compassion & Respect: We start with respect. When we learn about suffering, we show compassion. We never know what someone else is going through.
